I had been yo-yo dieting for most of my life. I have always been extremely self conscious of my weight, but it wasn't until my mother died, that I gained nearly 80 pounds and have never been able to loose it. When I started working with Susan, we did more than talk about food. We did lots of introspection around habits, self worth and forgiveness. Her kind words and gentle spirit were so reassuring and I was totally amazed at her spectrum of knowledge. My thoughts have truly changed from beating myself up when I don't eat right, to more of loving myself and using food to fuel my body. And, as my thoughts are changing, I am finding that my actions are changing also. I feel so blessed to be working with Susan!

I have learned so much from Susan! Susan has helped change the way I think about how I view my body image. She has also taught me how I can eat healthier - not just with healthy foods but with healthy habits while eating. It has made a big impact in my life! Susan took the time to look into my everyday life to discover issues away from the table that were affecting my weight and more importantly my happiness. I am still a work in progress but I AM making progress!
